This is the absolute worst place to order from. Terrible customer service. Please do not order from this company. I had to continuously call them about an order that I never recieved, and it took forever to get the issue resolved. The company has representatives in other Country answering the phone. Young Explorers - Scam never received replacement

We returned a tablet because it was broke. I lost the receipt from the post office as proof of return. They told me as long as I don't have proof it wasn't returned.Thy claim they can't even find the order number. No one to talk to. I'm making a complaint to the BBB and the NYS attorney general.
